QUESTIONS ABOUT TUITION TIME HUB LOCATIONS
Everything you need to know about our learning centres, appointment policies, and school route descriptors across the local community.
How many hub locations does Tuition Time Hub operate?
We operate two dedicated learning facilities: Willow Lane Hub and Oak House Hub. Both locations are tailored to deliver focused tuition and enrichment programmes within safe, modern educational environments.
Do services and subjects differ between Willow Lane and Oak House?
Yes. Willow Lane specialises primarily in Primary Key Stage 1 & 2 tuition and after-school study clubs, whereas Oak House focuses on Secondary Key Stage 3, GCSE masterclasses, and community learning workshops.
Why are specific school names mentioned in your travel directions?
Local school names are referenced purely as geographic landmarks and convenience descriptors for nearby bus and walking routes. We operate as an entirely independent tuition organisation and have no formal affiliation or commercial partnership with any referenced school.
Do I need to book an appointment before visiting a hub?
Yes. To maintain student safeguarding and ensure a tutor coordinator is available to assist you, all on-site assessments and facility tours require a pre-booked appointment.
Can my child attend classes across both hub locations?
Yes. If your child requires multi-subject support or takes part in weekend booster sessions, we can easily coordinate a blended timetable between Willow Lane and Oak House.
Where can parents park during drop-off and collection times?
Both hubs provide dedicated short-stay drop-off bays and adjacent visitor parking. Full site access instructions and parking guidance are detailed in our visitor logistics section.
What safeguarding measures are in place across both centres?
Every hub features secure single-point entry, full DBS-checked staff, visitor sign-in logs, and constant staff supervision throughout all study rooms and communal areas.
What should my child bring to their initial assessment visit?
Please bring your appointment confirmation, any recent school reports or target sheets, and their preferred writing materials if they feel more comfortable using their own stationery.
How do we request a location transfer if our travel routine changes?
You can request a transfer at any time by speaking to your hub coordinator or submitting a change of location request via our parent portal, subject to available class spaces.
