TUITION TIME HUB • INCLUSIVE PRACTICE
Every young learner brings a unique perspective and pace. We are committed to fostering an open, nurturing environment where individual learning differences and accessibility needs are understood, respected, and planned for collaboratively.
All support is considered individually alongside parents and tutors to ensure our tutoring, clubs, and spaces offer appropriate, meaningful adjustments from day one.
Collaborative consultation · Individualised plans · Dedicated sensory-aware practice

We are proud to hold the Dingley’s Promise Mark of Achievement, reflecting our practitioners' active completion of nationally recognised training in early years inclusive practice. This programme strengthens our day-to-day nursery environment, proactive observation, and adaptive learning strategies. While this certification highlights our dedication to inclusive education, it represents evidence-based staff upskilling rather than a registered clinical or medical SEND specialism.
Every learner brings unique strengths, communication styles, and rhythms. Rather than fitting young people into rigid diagnostic categories, we begin by understanding who they are as an individual and how their learning environment can best support them.
Families and learners know their experiences best. We create open, non-judgmental space to listen to what already works well, what triggers overwhelm, and what brings genuine joy.
Sensory stimulation, seating arrangements, noise levels, and group pacing all impact engagement. We evaluate the physical and social setting so barriers are removed before study begins.
We formulate realistic, manageable adjustments alongside tutors and parents. Whether through visual schedules, chunked tasks, or rest breaks, strategies are tailored with clear intent.
Inclusion is a living practice, not a one-time checklist. Regular check-ins with learners and families ensure strategies evolve as confidence, needs, and academic milestones progress.
A calm, structured 4-step journey designed to understand your child's individual strengths, assess our provision thoroughly, and plan collaborative learning adaptations.
Share initial details regarding learning style, communication needs, sensory profile, and any existing specialist documentation in your initial enquiry.
Our SEND coordinator and senior educators arrange an open conversation to listen to your priorities and review your child's day-to-day rhythm.
Together we examine physical setting modifications, differentiated lesson pacing, sensory supports, and staffing allocation to gauge suitability.
We provide transparent, actionable outcomes: an agreed induction plan with reasonable adjustments, or signposting to specialized partner provisions.
Submitting an enquiry opens a supportive, two-way conversation rather than a guaranteed automatic placement. Our aim is to establish complete clarity on whether our setting can safely and effectively meet your child's distinct educational and sensory requirements before any formal commitments are made.
Every young person interacts differently with learning and social spaces. Explore how reasonable adjustments and individualized adaptations are built directly into each provision.
Academic tutoring structured around each learner's pace, processing style, and specific goals.
Warm wraparound care and short break support that prioritizes emotional wellbeing and calm routines.
Engaging, structured holiday activities designed to celebrate individual strengths in a supportive setting.
Enrichment, cultural, and weekend studies that cultivate community connection in an inclusive environment.
Adjustments in our sessions are thoughtful, straightforward modifications designed to keep learning engaging, calm, and focused. Here is how simple structural and environmental shifts make every session accessible.
How information is presented determines how easily a learner can absorb and apply it. We adjust structure so learning remains clear and unhurried.

Physical surroundings have a significant impact on attention and regulation. We shape physical spaces to minimize distraction and sensory overload.
We look at every young learner as an individual first, not a diagnostic label. Sharing what lights up their curiosity and how they navigate everyday learning helps our team build meaningful, empathetic support right from day one.
We begin by discovering what your child genuinely enjoys, their favorite topics, strengths, and how they best express their ideas.
Understanding sensory preferences, lighting comfort, and quiet spots ensures the learning space feels welcoming and calm.
Together we shape flexible lesson pacing, tailored visual aids, and interactive structures that fit natural learning styles.
Consistent, transparent feedback with families keeps our approach responsive, celebrating confidence gains and fine-tuning support.
To protect your family's personal privacy, please do not send clinical reports, formal medical records, or sensitive diagnostic documents through our initial enquiry form. Everyday insights into what helps your child thrive are all we need for our first conversation; formal documentation can be shared securely later if needed.
While Tuition Time Hub currently provides mainstream tuition with supportive reasonable adjustments, our long-term ambition is to develop a dedicated, collaborative SEND Hub. This represents a future development plan rather than an existing specialist facility, guided by ongoing learning and community dialogue.
Our aim is to gradually build local capacity, working alongside families and educational partners to identify where additional structured support can make the greatest difference. Potential future areas of growth currently under review include:
Please Note: The SEND Hub vision is exploratory and does not alter our current standard admissions criteria or represent an immediate therapeutic service.

We believe every learner brings unique strengths, sensitivities, and learning rhythms. Rather than fitting young people into rigid diagnostic categories, we take the time to understand the whole person first.
We begin by listening directly to your child and family, learning what sparks curiosity, what creates comfort, and where extra care is needed.
We evaluate sensory inputs, physical surroundings, and social interactions to ensure the space supports calm, focused, and enjoyable learning.
We co-create realistic, bespoke adaptations for pacing, visual scaffolding, and communication tools that empower ongoing independence.
Adaptation is an active, ongoing partnership. We regularly reflect with families and educators to celebrate progress and refine support as needs evolve.
We believe clarity and honesty come first. Here are precise, factual explanations regarding our setting, capabilities, and the boundaries of our inclusive supplementary tuition.
Need independent advocacy? We always encourage families to connect with local statutory SENDIASS services for official local authority advice.
No. Tuition Time Hub is an independent, mainstream supplementary tuition centre. We are not a specialist school, registered medical facility, or clinical therapy centre. While our staff undertake voluntary inclusion training, our core service is educational tuition with thoughtful, reasonable adjustments.
Our SEND Hub concept represents our long-term commitment to creating a calmer, more welcoming community learning environment. It describes our ongoing investments in low-arousal physical spaces, sensory-considered resources, and staff development, rather than a clinical designation.
No. An EHCP is not required to enroll in our tuition sessions. We welcome children with or without an EHCP, provided we can safely and effectively meet their individual learning needs within our standard small-group format.
No formal medical or SEND diagnosis is required. We assess enrollment suitability entirely on whether our small-group environment and reasonable adjustments match your child's practical learning needs and wellbeing.
No. We teach in structured small groups and cannot provide dedicated, continuous 1:1 adult supervision, constant bespoke shadow teaching, or personal medical/hygiene care. Our educators divide their attention across the group.
Our team has completed voluntary Early Years SEND Inclusion training developed by Dingley's Promise. This equips our educators with proven techniques for inclusive pedagogy, emotional co-regulation, and clear communication. It is a training milestone and does not classify us as a specialist or statutory provider.
No. We do not replace or directly deliver local authority statutory educational provision outlined in Section F of an EHCP. Families should ensure statutory requirements are fulfilled via their designated educational setting and local authority.
We conduct an open, collaborative initial conversation with families, followed by an informal trial session. This allows us to transparently assess whether our pacing, group dynamics, and reasonable environmental adjustments align with your child's needs.
If our group setting or resources cannot safely or meaningfully support a child's specific requirements, we maintain complete honesty with families. We will respectfully discuss our limitations and signpost you toward independent local support groups and statutory SEND resources.
Every child's learning journey is individual. Let us know which tuition, holiday programme, or early support service you are considering so we can explore supportive, practical steps together.
Warm, collaborative discussions • Confidential & thoughtful review
Please Note: Submitting an initial enquiry initiates an open conversation about your child's learning environment and does not guarantee a placement or specific adjustment. All provisions are collaboratively reviewed against group dynamics and safety considerations.
